Brenda Garcia was VERY helpful and patient in helping me understand the volumes of paperwork sent by State Farm Corporate. I am trying to get a handle on my coverage and payments and WHAT each payment is for. She took time to explain and emailed several documents. One showed my Monthly payments ALL enumerated on ONE SHEET! Nice. She explained each one and answered my questions. State Farm Documents should be improved for clarity and EASE of finding out what form is for WHICH car by including the Make of the car next to the Policy Number...an easy computerized addition . Also make it clear if the form is for the HOUSE policy. It would help if the documents mailed in a packet EACH included a DATE at the top of the first sheet of new content. Eg., Policy Information, Declaration, Ho
