At the end, he helped me to strategize a reasonable and affordable option and he even finished everything in a very efficient fashion. I have to thank Jose Martinez from this office. I believe he works with Gabby. I was shocked and unaware of several things on our policy that were not right. Bothered, upset, and throwing lots of questions at him, as if it was all his fault, he composed himself and handled the situation professionally while remaining calm and reassuring me that he will walk me through it and help me fix what needs to be fixed.
