We are longtime Orr customers and fortunately have not had to interact with them very much. My father passed away recently and we had to do all sorts of administrative junk to get policies in my mom's name, change coverage, etc. They have been wonderful throughout the whole process. Amanda in particular has been patient, professional and exceedingly pleasant. I can't recall the young lady's name on the front desk but she has also been extremely helpful as I tried to understand all the billing and ensure everything was paid up and remained in force. Highly recommend!

Big shout out to Lacey for helping me get a bonded title for my car. Without her it wouldn't have happened. She is a true God sent. Thankyou for all your help. God bless

Wanted to share my recent experience with orr insurance. Because of hurricane Helene, we had a demolished shed and property. Orr was very expedient in processing my claim. Great service, I really appreciate it.
