I had a great policy! I got an email stating that my policy is not renewable. After calling and finding out they are stating that my home is not close enough to a fire station or fire hydrant. I informed them that I am close to both within the limits. They have a new computer system and unable to override this error. I can send pictures to prove- shoot they can put my address in the system and see I am within WALKING distance to the fire station but still going to term my policy because the COMPUTER system which is incorrect says so. This is not good customer service, and they are losing money this way. I wanted to keep my policy as I was happy with my coverage but now I have to shop around and find another one. FIX YOUR SOFTWARE!!!!

Excellent customer service from Vivian. She contacted me directly regarding an issue that I was having with a third party inspector, that isn’t even employed by Orion. She assured me that see would personally handle my file in order to help resolve the issue.

Thankfully haven’t had to go through claims as of yet but big shout out to customer service for getting login issues/documents sent! Hector Velez was patient, clear, and super helpful getting all the information I needed as well as staying on the line the ensure everything was received.

Chris was EXTREMELY helpful getting a last minute effective date changed for escrow closing! as an agent, we rarely see this kind of responsiveness to last minute requests
