I just received a voicemail from a salesperson. It said they wanted to reschedule a meeting we had last week. We never had a meeting and I've never spoken with anyone from this company. I had to look them up to figure out the business. I'm very surprised they are a benefits company, and the way they introduced themselves was to lie.

service has been horrible they wait until last minute and then all medical procedures are put on hold . Very hard to resolve issues

This company purportedly saves you money on your employer health benefits. But, they allegedly cannot tell you how much that could be unless you switch all of your services to them. So, if they end up not saving you money and their services are higher than what you're currently paying then you are just stuck with them paying higher costs until you can renew somewhere else. They have wasted countless hours of my time with their high pressure sales tactics. I have asked them to stop calling me, and to put me on their do not call list on numerous occasions. But, they don't seem to understand that. Maybe this will finally get through to someone and they will stop calling and wasting my time. I won't hold my breath on that though as they don't seem to listen to a word that you say to them.

This company has been doing my payroll and benefits for over 10 years and I got nothing but great experience to say about them!! During Covid and after your help to my company was amazing!! Thank you for great service!!

Great experience every time I either call, or in person. They are on top of the situation that may be of issue at that moment. You are not treated as a number, but a human. 2 thumbs up.
