I've never left a poor review before but I feel everyone seeking insurance needs to hear this. OneGroup sold me a policy that just straight up excluded my business activities. After I discovered this, I brought it up with my representative and was informed "yes, it excludes your primary business activity but it covers you for lots of other things" and the representative deemed that the coverage was "adequate" for my business. Needless to say, I had to cancel the policy. That cancellation went into effect 4/3. As of writing this on 6/27 I still have not received my complete refund. The representative my case was dumped on after her co-workers giant blunder has been cordial, but limited response.
