I have been a customer for well over a decade. My agent retired, and I was not notified. When I called, I struggled to get a person on the phone and the operator was rude. I asked to add a binder for a new car for my son, they added to our current policy without price checking-an increase of $800/mth! They agreed to look for other options while advising me, that's just how it is with teenage drivers. I never heard back from them. I did my own price checking, and went with another company (increase of $60/mth compared to $800!) my business was yours to lose. And you did.

Jen with Kinney Pike/One Digital is FANTASTIC to work with. Very prompt and professional with responses. She saved me a substantial amount over Allstate, who I had been (over paying) with for years. Cannot beat dealing with a real person who knows customer service. Highly recommend!
