I brought my paper work to register my vehicle that was previously registered through this company for my brother by Danixa Padilla. I dropped the paperwork off Jan 13, 2022 and was told it would be done before the weekend. Its now Feb 7, 2022 and still nothing. Ive been calling and leaving messages and still no reply. The only reply i received was when i called the office Danixa said that since they were closed for covid before i dropped my paper work off they were backed up. Idk how backed up they were since there were only 2 other registrations sitting at her desk at the time. She also promised to keep me updated with any information regarding my registration and nothing. Now mind you my brother got his vehicles registered through her and this company and was given the run around too.

Great experience. Needed a notary on the weekend and they were prompt to answer and getting it completed was quick. Very clean and save in these COVID times. Plexiglass everywhere.

No utilicen a estas personas para hacer ninguna transacción de título o registracion. Son unos irresponsables. Cometí el error de utilizar sus servicios para una registracion de vehículo y tengo 5 meses esperando un título que nunca va a llegar. Juan y Daniltza ni siquiera contestan mis llamadas. No cometan el mismo error que yo cometí con estas personas.
