I was hung up on three times just for asking about their insurance benefits and pricing because I wasn’t willing to buy right away without any knowledge. Then they called me 7 times and once I finally answered they hung up on me again. These people are horrible at customer service and really need to change their behavior. I don’t know how this company sustains with reps who suck at their job.

Totaled my vehicle due to one of their drivers negligence. Paid me less then half of what my car is worth! At first told me they would not cover storage fees which cost 2,000 dollars because they did not want to accept liability for a claim that was obviously their drivers fault. I had the worst experience and adjuster ever Shelby Mcdonald. She was very dishonest. She got two estimates on my vehicle done by two different companies and completely disgaurded the one that was actually right. My claim was transferd to the total loss department thank god they did not take out the money for storage fees because Shelby Mcdonald already robbed me on estimates. Worst experience of my life I don't understand how these people sleep at night. Pure Fraud.

The worst experience in my entire life! I’ve never dealt with a company so slow and even rude on the phone with their tone! Annette Gladney was my original claim intake agent or whatever she’s called. She decided to go on vacation before finishing the paperwork for my claim. Nobody communicated with me like they should have during this traumatic process! Having an accident is already depressing enough! I was then turned over to Shanda Dean who acted like it was a problem for me to call and ask where we were in the process. She very rudely in tone said, “claim is closed, checked mailed such and such day!” I’m still waiting to hear from the supervisor to tell him how unprofessional these ladies were! This company is horrible! I can never get a hold of them for my open claim. I have no problem making a payment. Anytime you have money for them they will do whatever needed to get the payment.I had an accident that wasn't my fault and they either refuse to pay for treatment or take months to pay the treatment providers which puts the payment on me. I have left up to 4 messages for the lady handling my claim and it still took OVER a week to call me back. Then I get a call at 4:30 am, and of course I am sleeping at this time so I miss the call. I return their call only to leave 4 more messages to the same person handling my claim, and it took 2 more weeks to get a call back. My advice, never get your insurance through these people!!! this insurance company is by far the worst company i’ve had. it is so unreliable. the customer service is horrible, slow, and inefficient. i have never been angrier in my life. words cannot describe how i feel about this company. it’s cheaper than other companies, but it is an unreliable agency when it comes to you needing help or when you’re in a predicament where you need urgent help with your car. i will not be with this company any longer. you guys have lost a great customer because i would pay my bills on time. frankly, i think this agency should not be running, if this is how they treat their customers.
