Would not recommended this marine insurance agent. Very poor follow up with calls or emails. Thankful for Lagoon community that recommended an agent that follows up on calls and emails. While Eric and Laura are nice on the phone calls we’ve had, they tend to drop the ball on follow up’s for renewals.
