Olde Towne Insurance Agency

I have insurance with the leonardtown MD branch . They are rude. They do not listen and constantly interrupt when you are trying to talk. I was trying to explain my frustration and i kept being told that , its not her problem and i need to stop talking because we are talking in circles. What happen to the customer being able to find a solution. I didnt know rudeness was that solution .

Dan and Vicki did a great job! Vicki answered all our questions. The quote we received on our Home and Auto with a teenage driver was very competitive.. Everything was handled very professionally and in a very timely matter. We are very happy and would highly recommend Olde Towne insurance to everyone.

On November 1, 2023 a deer hit my SUV, seeming to come out of nowhere. It continued to run into the woods, however my vehicle was not able to be driven. I called Old Towne Insurance with whom I had insurance and after speaking to an associate I had a plan to tow my vehicle, contacted the company that gave me an estimate for the damage. on my vehicle, and had received an email from a company that would provide a short term rental. I also had a call within two hours from a claim specialist who explained the whole process with me and provided me with contact information for follow-up as needed. I cannot everyone who assisted. me along the way managing my concerns with this claim. I truly appreciate all of your assistance navigating the whole process. Thank you!
