Someone with this insurance company rear ended me and they won't pay. I have filed a lawsuit against the driver.

I use ODIS for my personal home, auto, and power sport insurance as well as for all of my business insurance needs. I highly recommend Kim Ragland, she is always more than helpful with any questions or concerns I have. Kim went above and beyond to get our business where it needed to be. She eased my mind about insurance and helped us get much better coverage and save literally thousands of dollars every year. She almost cut our insurance bill by 1/3. Plus now I’m confident that I am insured correctly, and that is priceless. I can’t say enough nice things or recommend them enough. Go check them out for yourself!

I have been calling this place for over a year and no one has returned my call!! Their client hit my car with my kids inside it bc I wasn’t moving fast enough for him to get to work and he was running late so he attempted to cut me off. He was given a ticket and my car has damage which no one has bothered to call me about to fix! Why does only 1 person work at this company and why is he so negligent! I would never refer this company to anyone. It’s not even a company it’s a one man road show!!

Best insurance around. Kim Ragland was so helpful and knowledgeable. She saved us 1500.00 a year between cars,boat, house and recently saved my mother 2500.00 year between house and car great job. Thank you Kim Ragland and old dominion insurance.

TERRIBLE! If I could give ZERO starsI would. I have been trying to contact Old Dominion for over a week. No one answers the phone, ever. I have left several messages, sent two email and I have not received a response.
