Oklahoma Farm Bureau Insurance - Broken Bow

We were new to the area and called Farm Bureau to get an insurance quote for our cabin that we had purchased. We were quoted just over $4366.00 for a years insurance. Upon questioning the high cost, we were told it was a rental property and hence the astronomical price! We asked if we looked around and found a lower price would they adjust accordingly or cancel our policy. YES! We went ahead and paid for the policy in full. A couple weeks later, we had a conversation with a state farm agent only to be told we have been ripped off by $2761.00! We called and asked if the Farm Bureau will adjust their rate, NO! How about we cancel and go with State Farm. Sure, BUT there will be a small cancellation fee. It only made sense to Cancel a $4366.00 quote and go with a $1605.00 quote. S
