I have been very impressed with the prompt, personalized and professional service offered by this company. Great choice of products to meet my needs. Very responsive to any questions I have. If you like prompt, personalize and professional service, you won't find any better insurance company. She may not have a product that meets your needs. However, she will refer you to someone who can help you. How many businesses try to meet your needs even if they can't help you with what they offer!!!! Highly recommend this company.

Pat was very rude and unprofessional when I reached out to her with questions regarding a quote I received. Her rates were not competitive enough to justify switching carriers and this is when her tone and demeanor changed, and she simply hung up on me before I finished speaking. Her lack of professionalism alone is the primary reason I will not use her services in the future.

I went to okie quote on 30DEC20 to get auto insurance and as soon as I told her I had to make my first payment with cash and would do the other payments via card, I was told "im going to send you to another address and they can help people like you" ... People like me?? What does that mean and where does that come from?? I'm trying to do the legal thing and protect myself and others and im shunned because I have to make a cash payment?? I dont know how others are or have been treated there but I was very upset when I left this establishment.

Pat is an awesome insurance agent she gets you the best deals and always has your best interest at heart wouldn't use anyone else!
