Very disappointed in the application process. Read the small writing, buried amongst the pages of text. They require a first payment with the application, which is fine because I was told they won't cash it unless I approve the policy to be activated. Well, they did. And it takes forever to get the money back. Not helpful. Feels shady. Sorry ODS, you'll never be on my radar again.
You suck period can never get a hold of anyone have tried 20 times you suck
