I've had oden for several years they've always been very good with me. Today however I called to make changes to my policy and spoke to Steve. He was very rude! So now I'm switching insurance companies. I will never go through Oden again. Steve, learn some customer service skills and treat your loyal customers better if you wish to keep them!
Always friendly! My rates were fixing to go up quite a bit and they were generous enough to call me about it, leading to a new lower plan!
