This insurance company really spends time necessary to explain and answer questions. A shout out to Krista for helping out my elderly father navigate the maze of options and paperwork. She went out of her way, above and beyond to facilitate and assist him in obtaining all the necessary information. She treated him as he were a family member and I'm beyond thrilled for her driven, kind and expertise in helping us out. We are very pleased with Oakes and Associates. This years renewal had increased so much that we were going to search for a new homes owners insurance company, we made one phone call and Oakes and Associates and they were able to negotiate a lower annual premium by $1200 dollars. The experience with this agency has excellent. I have recommended them to freinds and family.

Excellent insurance company. I was referred to Derek, texted him and he called me with in 1 hour. I was unhappy with car insurance premium and had him give me quote. Was with Progressive Auto direct for years and never found a lower rate anywhere til I called and spoke with Derek, who got me more coverage for about 1/3 of the cost and I stayed with large, well known companies, which blew me away how much I was overpaying!
