We would give zero stars if possible. Paola Limon has been the worst insurance agent/broker we have ever worked with. She refused to change our address after we moved (for over 2 years) and we did not receive important audit invoices until months after the due date. Our insurance was cancelled and she never let us know. All of the notices from the insurance company went to the wrong address and Paola never bothered to call us or send us the cancellation notices. If you are looking for an incompetent agent, Paola is the one for you.
