I unfortunately have dealt with Nuzum for years and always end up on the receiving end of poor customer service and ignorance. I asked to shop rates within their network of agencies for a better rate. After being told they would look into for me, 6 months pass by of ignored phone calls. When purchasing my home, ignorance of the timing needed for coverage lead to issues with my closing. Even after everything, when I switched out of using their agency to deal directly with an insurance company (which is so much better than whatever you call this service), I called to terminate my coverages. I was given attitude over the phone and told I would need to send an email to verify my request. I sent the email with the requested termination date that night. Wouldn’t ya know it, no response. I called to get information about an adjuster's email & shopping for better rates...I have been with them a few years now. I've always dealt with Danielle (who no longer works there) and so I dealt with Bruce. This man could have cared less...he was writing something as we were speaking, when I called him out on it...he was very callous & rude. I guess they don't need the customers. Don't bother with this company unless you want to be treated like you don't matter. You're hard earned $$$$ can & will be appreciated elsewhere. BB

I had desperately seeking insurance for my business. Finally I was referred to Nuzum insurance I spoke with Eric he was so knowledgeable on exactly what I needed. He explained everything to me in detail. I immediately signed up for coverage. I will be referring Nuzum out to my friends and family that need insurance knowledge.
