Nustar Insurance Julie Hallmark Agency

I have been with Julie Hallmark for 4 years and in the beginning she was wonderful. Over the years things have really gone downhill. I'm at my witsend with her and all of her lies and her becoming very rude. Just over a year ago she was supposed to cancel my FILs policy after he passed and she never did. We received a bill a few months later and she says just don't pay it he's already dead nothing they can do. I would definitely advise to look elsewhere if you're looking for a agent to handle your insurance.

Awesome, very helpful and very friendly staff. I have been with Mrs. Julie insurance company for over 15 yrs. I refuse to be insured with anyone else. The sweetness of the owner and staff is why i refuse to go anywhere else. Yessss...I recommend they're services. Thanks Mrs. Julie and staff for over 15 years of great great customer service 😊

Used Nustar for a few years with Citizens insurance. Had to call the main office alot due to not being able to get a hold of the branch near me and taking forever to get return calls. Got in a car accident that was not my fault and my insurance went up $300/month. Nustar tried shopping around for a better rate but no luck. Went to Progressive on my own and I am close to what I was paying pre accident. Still fighting with Citizens for medical bills because of the car accident. At the point I might have to get a lawyer. No help from Nustar at all.
