Absolutely they do pretty good job working for their 4 Insurance companies. They wouldn’t hesitate to ignore our requests over and over just to keep charging extra and when I face them with the extra charges, they come up with the same request I requested in the first place. I feel like it’s a game if I don’t catch the charges, it’s a win for them and if I do.. they come up with the round and turn around route. I’m talking from my 15 years premium customer experience. They call it “Parents Choice Discount.” I call it “Revoking your driving license and you know mom and dad very well”
