I agree with those stating they take forever to close out a 401k account. It's been a month and they won't return my employers emails, the investment firms emails or mine. Would not recommend.

Slow process of 401K plan termination led to access fees and unnecessary stress. I would never use them again.
I feel sorry for you if the company you work(ed) for uses this TPA when it's time to get your money. The company as a whole creates more "problems" than it solves.
