Norton Agency Insurance

Corbin was referred to me from another insurance agent and I couldn't be more happy to have switched my business policy from Allstate to Norton Agency. I get the personable one on one service that I was looking for and more bang for my buck on my policy compared to what I had before I switched. I am happy I made the move! Janel

A complete JOKE!!! Had smoke damage in March of 2021 that covered the inside if my entire home while I was sleeping. Paid my deductible and NOTHING! Had a 3rd party JERK named Jeff come out that was bumper to bumper with his BUDDY David with "Serv Pro" out of Athens that have been friends for 20+ years( mind you Jeff shows up in a Platinum Ford F-250 as an adjuster) whilst there is a Gainesville serve pro much closer. NOTHIJG but a scrub job has happened in almost TWO YEARS!!! NOTHING BUT SMOKE!

Their only intent is to sell you the most expensive insurance, after realizing that I canceled my insurances with them but they didn’t refund any of the money that I pay in advance, apparently they have some policy’s that never took the time to mention to me when I ask Julie Harpe she even got upset. I would suggest you to check around you may find something better on your own with better coverage And a better price

Stole money off my mother's card and keeps hanging up on us when we try asking what this is about. We will be contacting police in Georgia and the better business bureau.
