Our experience with this company has been a nightmare. Dropping our 3 vehices insurance because we sold our house and could no longer have a home/auto bundle. Then they pick us back up when we purchased our new home only to drop our auto coverage 3 weeks later AFTER they had already taken our payment, sent us our auto cards, coverage confirmation etc. We received a call from the agent in Bismarck letting us know we no longer had vehicle coverage at the end of the day on a Thursday. By Friday I had new coverage for the home and auto in place only to receive a call from the agent telling us that NWGF reinstated us! Well, too late, we can't run without coverage. It gets worse....yes, worse. Come to find out that when we closed on the new home NWGF sent the mortgage company an invoice th
Northwest GF has been the most amazing company to work with. Filing a claim was so quick & they handled EVERYTHING after. They have amazing prices and customer service is outstanding. 10/10 will recommend to anyone!
With no warning, does not renew policy and refuses to provide an explanation as to why, when there appears to be no logical explanation. Non-existent customer service, very unprofessional and rude.
