I had NorthStar for over 7 years. It is an easy online system, they are very responsive when you call, and it is easy to adjust services. I recieved a quote from a different agency for $800 cheaper for the same coverage. I was very upset I stuck with them for as long as I did, when I could have been saving that amount of money. I asked if they could adjust, but they were not able to, which is why I left. Great service, but very expensive.
