What a great experience with Dave Morrow and the Northside Insurance agency team. I needed to switch insurance when my bill came in at over double the stated premium. Unfortunately, I only had a few weeks to make the switch. Dave and team worked diligently to find an acceptable company. They kept me in the loop at all stages of the process. They were able to get it done under the deadline. I highly recommend this team!!

I had so many questions because I am new to insurance legalistic verbiage. Sometimes I asked the same question more than once being as we were inquiring about two different policies. The agent, Brenda, was so patient with my endless questioning and thorough with all her explanations. I am grateful for all of her help and believe I now have a much better understanding of what my policies actually entail.

I had an auto policy through progressive with John. He was disorganized and never knew what was going on with my policy. I was over drafted multiple times and when i called in to ask why he was just as clueless as i was. My account was drafted an additional $900 ON CHRISTMAS because my proof of residency was never sent in by John. I just got reimbursed 6 months later. I work in insurance sales and never write bad reviews because I deal with customer service issues every day, but John's lack of attention to detail was to careless to let this go. John could have done a lot better. I do not recommend this agency.

Dave and John are fantastic! They are professional, prompt and very very helpful. It is always a pleasure dealing with them whenever I need something and just nice, friendly people. I would definitely recommend Northside Insurance Agency.
