Northfield Insurance

I have an odd business that very few insurance companies carry coverage for and after a great in-depth conversation, Northfield Insurance Agency was able to negotiate a great package for me. One quick phone call to them and they will adjust my policy or did into a question for me. Phenomenal service and extremely kind and personable too!

I have been a client for 35 years. Even though I now live 310 miles from Northfield I continue to keep my business with Northfield Insurance Agency. They have provided me with great coverage and service all these years. When I have had a claim they have been very proactive. I would recommend them to anyone.

Was insured through this company for 7 years and never had an issue insurance wise. Until I required assistance from the agent. I couldn't get any response from the agent and after several failed attempts moved to a new company. Sent them my Cancellation paperwork and asked for a return email stating it was received, also which never came. Finally 2 weeks later called them again to confirm cancellation went through. Very disappointed a I liked being with a smaller local agency.

Please be aware that IF YOU ASK FOR AN ADJUSTOR to come and consider possible damage, you will HAVE TO FILE a claim and pay the deductible if there is any damage. Big and very unpleasant surprise!
