Don’t stay with them. They don’t care if you are a 10 year plus customer. They don’t take that into any sort of consideration. Progressive got me the same exact policy $100 less than what they could offer me. I never had a payment late. Very disappointing I would highly not recommend.

Northern Rockies is top notch. Usually, I like to base my reviews on how companies handle challenges or issues, but to date (which has been over 3 years now) I have had ZERO challenges, issues, or problems. They are responsive and proactive in helping you maximize your policy and protection, as opposed to their profit. That says a lot for me. Keep up the great work NRIA!

Lynn Kneedler is the absolute best! She is professional, courteous and always thorough.
