My pool was two years old, collapsed during filling, not covered due to wear and tear to liner. Strange thing liner was fine. Was with them since 2006, terrible company! No stars! Never had a claim with them.

Unprofessional employees that get an attitude with you on the phone for THEIR mishandling, and willing to drop your coverage with absolutely no notice given to you nor confirmation that you received the notice they claim to have sent (Neither to you NOR your bank.) Also willing to look for absolutely ANYTHING they can, to kick you out of being covered. Worthless company, worthless insurance, worthless employees, you're 100% better off looking for another company. Don't even waste your time holding your breath for these guys.

Zero stars. Avoid at all cost. Flippant attitude, abysmal customer service. Weeks after the accident and no progress has been made. Vote with your dollars, and DO NOT spend them At Northern Mutual insurance.

STAY AWAY!!!!! so many details in the claim that is not covered! Ended up paying out of pocket because it was actually cheaper than the hike in our policy for making a claim. Have paid insurance for over 30 years and never had to make a claim until now. Had auto and home with them. Problems with both! Save yourself time, money and the headaches. And I will be posting this on ever insurance site review possible, that's how adamant I am about the ethics of this insurance company.
