Responsive is an understatement. Here I was minding my own business and I open my door to my car gone out of my driveway. I finally track down this company. Get a hold of the weasel who took my car, and had to meet him to get my stuff. Which was genuinely so cool of him, because he could have just taken it back to their shop and made me come there. He was very professional, almost too professional, hasn’t laughed since nam. But all in all good.

This guy is totally a Harris Walz supporter. If any of your collateral is taken by these fools in the Springfield Ma area your stuff is at 235 Mill St. Recovery Zone

Very unprofessional. They didn’t allow my fiancé in the building. Arrived to find all of my belongings on the floor. Wasn’t allowed near my vehicle to look for additional articles of my belongings that were missing. Very aggressive when questioned and quickly found myself surrounded by “employees” who never introduced themselves or their job titles. Unbelievable that billion dollar companies outsource to obvious cons.

I had the pleasure of working with this team on an out of state situation. They went above and beyond to help assist me with my issue. They were polite, professional, and I couldn't have been more satisfied. Thanks again to all of you for making this process more smooth!!
