I have lived at this appartment for over a year and as soon as I moved in it was infested with yellow jackets and I made a statement regarding the infestation and they made me feel as if it was no big deal so i handled it myself. The carpets were dirty and the air filters looked like they have never been changed. After I took care of the infestation it was ok the rent was good and the location is decent I made it until summer, I moved in in august, then soon as summer hit we had an ant problem I mean not one or two but an entire colony of over 1000 they were crawling from my sink to the wall 8 feet away. They went from the floor to the ceiling I let them know about the issue and the said they sprayed for bugs but must have sent all of them to my appartment. They did not send anyone for we

Loved working with north platte agency, they took over our lease halfway through our rental term and have been amazing, they are on top of everything and make sure you and your family is taken care of. They are very fair and work well with you always. I will highly recommend them

The apartment we rented wasn’t terrible, it was actually kind of a cozy little place and was good to us for as long as we were there. Only down side to the apartment was that it doesn’t have central air conditioning which also wasn’t terrible as they provide one window air conditioner for you to use, other than it wasn’t bad! However trying to get ahold of anyone for service requests or trying to end your lease is a nightmare. They never answer the phone, if you leave a message they don’t return your call they just send a message and tell you to check the portal, go to the portal, nothing there for you to find. You can message back almost instantly saying there is nothing in the portal and get no response back from them. All in all not a terrible place, just the customer service could use

Rented a townhouse for 1 year from North Platte Agency. Great customer service, very responsive to concerns and maintenance requests. Friendly and easy to work with.
