Avoid this agency. They just take your money and do nothing when you are in need. Especially an agent Kathy Koziel. They sold me AAA home insurance. After a month insurance company asked for more money. Explanation was that the rebuilding cost of the house is higher. I'm in remodeling business. I know that cost of rebuilding house is no more than 2/3 of hous value. And back to Mrs Kathy. She doesn't work for customer. She just want to get her provision. In my case did nothing to help me resolve problem with insurance company. I sent her documents and waited 2 weeks. Than called to ask about the case. Her answer was "Oh, we just received a response". She's a liar.

I had gotten insured here in 2021 when I got my new car. They found me reasonable pricing and helped me put my mom on the same insurance to get it cheaper. We had to add my sister and they weren’t as helpful. They wanted me to pay an extra $1,000 for one month just to add her. They told me it was going to be around $600 for the month total and then I got charged double that. I reached out and all they said was sorry, the agent was confused. I ask if they can refund me because it was a mistake on their end and I get ignored. I have cancelled my insurance through them and will never go through them again.

Tried to talk to them and communicate the issues that they having before I take my business elsewhere. I have my business insured here, my company vehicles, my personal car and my properties all insured with them and wanted to speak to them regarding the fact that it has been difficult last couple years to get things taken care of because the poor costumer service and representatives with strong attitude. They hung up the phone on me multiple times during different times and they would simply not answer after recognizing the phone. Poor English it’s an issue also but not really a problem if they would try not to be so impolite and have such an attitude.
