Fabulous experience. Just fabulous. Walked in off the street (previously read great reviews) needing immediate homeowners insurance to satisfy needs for our mortgage broker before closing date. As we sat in Stephanie's office giving her our information and accepting details of ins. options she took care of all paperwork needed right then. Our mortgage broker was happy. We were happy. Thank you, Stephanie for an all around an A-plus and professional experience.

I spoke with the owner (forgot his name ) about Lower car insurance and homeowners rates. He went over my policies and advised that it would be better to stay with my existing company. I was very impressed with his courtesy and taking time to explain the latest insurance rate costs and reasons. I did not change from my existing company. Scott Richards Insurance was fantastic to work with...Nicole Schmidt was great! Extremely responsive...tolerant of the multiple quotes as we tried to buy a few boats. In the end she beat BOAT US in price, service and coverage. She had multiple quotes done on her end as well and came back with excellent coverage for the price. I would HIGHLY recommend using Nicole and Scott Richards Insurance!

Nicole was super helpful and responsive in securing boat insurance for me. I got directed to her late in the afternoon, the day before she was leaving for Thanksgiving travel, when I presume she had lots of things to wrap up. She walked me through everything, was incredibly responsive, and got me set up the same day. Great service!
