There may be good agents here - but our rating is based on our experience with Chris Kahl. We bought insurance through him. He messed up the original plan - refused to make the requested corrections. Obviously when it came up for renewal we looked for another agency with whom to work. Sent cancellation notices to Chris - never received confirmation of that request; still getting renewal notices yet. If Chris answers the phone - run the other way.
