We had just moved here from S.C. and had to find a new Medicare plan. We are not savvy on the whole Medicare enrollment process. We found Neil through the Next Door app. Wow. Just wow. Mr. Koenig knows the health insurance business cold!! He looked at all the options available and got me an excellent deal with a top health insurance provider at a much lower cost that my current provider with essentially the same coverage. Neil is very professional, extremely knowledgeable and takes all the stress out of making a decision to get either an advantage plan or a supplemental plan. He is kind and will take his time explaining the differences. He works for you not the Insurance companies so your getting the best coverage suited for you. If your not sure whats what with Medicare and completely overwhelmed I highly recommend calling Neil Koenig. If your not call him anyway he knows his stuff. I found Neil to be very helpful in navigating my insurance plan. He is very diligent with what he does. Even to the point of emailing me at 11:00 P.M. to ask if I was awake to discuss the plan. Working with Neil is a enjoyable and he pretty much laid out all the information for me. There are some hiccups on the changing from Medicare to Cigna Advantage. There is some limited availability within the network for Doctors. I am hopeful that I find, during the course of the year that the benefits of this plan outweigh the disadvantages. However, that pans out it has been a pleasure and I’m glad I had the opportunity to work with Neil.
