If I could give negative stars I would. The reviewer who gave five stars I suspect is likely a Nippon employee or relative since Nippon is a Japanese company. But I am a real claimant here in the U.S., a real customer/insured who PAYS the premiums for my coverage, and I have been extremely disappointed with Nippon from the start and I know I am one of many who are disappointed with Nippon. My dependent was never denied treatment for a condition he has by other insurers until my firm switched to Nippon, only then did I encounter a problem with the claim. Nippon is the only insurer I have had an issue with in this regard. It's telling that their website which targets employers with its publicity materials touting cost savings; they wrongly assume employers are the "customers" but these
