She took the time to thoroughly explain the current market shifts & reasons behind changes in both home and auto insurance, which gave me a level of clarity & confidence I haven’t had before. We recently moved our policies to a different agent after a very disappointing experience. After several years with Nicole and consistently making on-time payments, when it came time to actually use our insurance coverage, this office made an already difficult situation worse. Following our house fire, we were unable to reach Nicole and had to make multiple attempts before receiving a return call. During an already traumatic situation, we were left without clear guidance on basic questions, including how and where our deductible would be paid. I’ve been a customer with this office for about 10 years and had no claims during that time. For the better part of the decade, they were reliable and easy to work with. Unfortunately, that has changed in the past few months, and the level of service has declined significantly. A few months ago, I experienced a billing discrepancy that went unresolved for so long that my policy was canceled—without proper notice.
