I called State Farm Ins for car insurance quotes and received OUTSTANDING service. The representative, Edlira Beqo, was Fiendly, Knowledgeable, and made the process EASY. Highly recommend!!!!!

Edlira Beqo She is the best.. always very helpful and very professional. I am no longer with State Farm due to rising costs on my insurance. But Edlira was always a pleasure to talk to.. honestly I stayed with state farm as long as I did because of her!!! She should be given some kind of recognition!!

Deisy is very professional and helpful, however I tried to save money by taking a defensive driving point & insurance reduction course. When considering starting my policy with state farm Deisy stated it would take 1-2 hours and that I could not skip through. Than I registered for the course 2 days later and it says the course is 6 hours. I called her to inform her and she stated no one has ever mentioned that, and placed me on a brief hold. She comes back and says I asked my coworkers and they said you can skip along. Well let me tell you, there is no skipping, you are required to stay on a page for a required time and cannot proceed even if you're done reading. I think Deisy should be properly informed before telling clients misleading information. To save $10 its not worth it. Don't mak
