I have been a loyal State Farm customer and overall I like this office, but my recent experience has been very disappointing. I previously insured two vehicles with full coverage. After my daughter sold her car and purchased a new one, I contacted the office to request updated information. Unfortunately, one representative, Serenity, consistently failed to follow up.
