Matt was very helpfull in getting the same coverages at a more affordable price. On my autos I'm saving as much as $65 a month. With the economy being high, that savings I can put towards other important areas of our life. He cared about our needs and answers the phone when I call. Unlike liberty mutual, they do everything not to answer the phone with prompts that make it difficult to talk to an agent. Thank you Matt and State Farm for caring about us!

Very dissatisfied. Had a van that got the top AC unit topped out. We were left to run van around to three places that said it was not worth fixing. After it went 30 days Nick finally said he would push claims to get something done. Claims said they were not doing their part. Nothing but a blame game.The place the accident happen we were left to do the work of getting estimates and having it fixed. We switch to another agent because of the mess this was. Then they left paperwork open on their end and we almost got canceled because of it. Beware

I moved from CA to IN, meaning I needed to switch over my auto insurance and get renter's insurance, and they were amazing in setting that up. They were so helpful, communicated often with me (most over text for me, which was very helpful since I really didn't have the time to talk on the phone or in person). Highly recommend them, especially Jake (yes, Jake from State Farm. I kid you not). Again, very helpful, responsive, and fast. Great service all around.

They were wonderful to work with and very professional! We switched our car insurance over to them. We ended up getting life insurance for my husband and I, plus we also got it for the kids! Jake from State Farm helped us out with everything! He is your go to guy!
