Nick McMillan - State Farm Insurance Agent

I wanted to change a couple things in my ins. All I had to do was send a quick text and Nick had me all set ! I can’t say enough about how much Nick has helped me and done so in less than 5min without even a phone call. I highly recommend Nick McMillan !

Helpful, competent, and efficient: All of these describe the person who worked with me to get my insurance. They worked with me all morning to solve some difficulties I had getting insurance due to a stupid mistake on my part that landed me in some trouble with the law. I had an extremely frustrating experience with this insurance company regarding their assessment of my roof. They insisted that my roof required full replacement, despite the fact that multiple licensed contractors and even another insurance company inspected it and found no issues warranting replacement. I provided a written inspection report from a licensed contractor to Nick and their underwriting department, yet their decision was not reconsidered. I was told by Nick Mcmillian, “I understand that’s what the contractor thinks, but in all honesty it’s not up to him. Mr McMillian was kind, courteous, business appropriate, and yet down to earth. He offered the best rate for vehicle insurance after pouring through the internet for hours. I’m a new customer, and so far I am very pleased with this service and policy.

I went in to talk to someone about my daughter's claim. While I was there I thought i should get a quote on mine because while I was sitting there my current insurance sent me my renewal premium and it was $200 more than what I had been paying. Carol looked at the current coverage and immediately pointed out what I didn't have. She added what I needed to my quote, made some suggestions and saved me $400 a month! It was goodbye FLO right there. I am very very pleased with State Farm.
