I went to Nick Arnone Auto Title and Notary, address 1445 S. Morrison Blvd. Hammond LA 70403, on February 4th at 9 am to get some DMV forms notarized before heading to my appointment at Livingston DMV and was lured to get everything done at their office which are 3 titles with 2 registrations for a motorcycle and car. One car did not a registration, only title. I was charged $550.00. The notary lady told me it would just cost $23.00 more for each that DMV would charge. So, I was okay with it because I did not need to drive to Livingston DMV. When I got home I started looking through all my paperwork because somehow something did not feel right. Then on each registration certificates were amounts of $88.75, $97.33 and $76.50 totaling $262.58 but Jenifer asked me to pay $550.00 before hand

Thought they was helpful at first. Had a title done. Nvr received it in the mail due to issues with the mail carriers. Called back a few times before finally getting them on the phone. Lady said the person I needed to take to wasn't there. They would call me back the next morning. That didn't happen. After a few more days get them on the phone. They said my title was sent back to the state. They would have it mailed to their office and would call me when they received it. That never happened either. Now a few months later. Still can't hardly get them to answer and when they do the person I need to talk to isn't there. Today I get through and get told they sent my title to my address (which I no longer stay there) and that I'll have to pay for a duplicate title. Will not do business with a

I was selling my Nana mobile that I've had forever & found this little gem .. the staff was awesome from the time I walked in , Kasy title dept .Jennifer, mgr & Paula the notary . They are great ! You can come here for the 1 stop shop ! If you have any auto paperwork questions or concerns this is the place to stop . I even got to meet Nick himself the Owner , met him in parking lot great guy & he has his own finance company as well ! Be sure to check them out !

If you go for the hot and ready pizzas make sure you get there 2 hrs before they close. They didn't have any when I went, but, the staff was AWESOME! Because of this, I'll be back. Thank you

My first time coming here and I tell you they’re very helpful and friendly. Don’t overcharge like other DMV places. I was referred to this place by a good friend. They definitely have my business now. Come check them out. You won’t be disappointed.
