My agent rarely answers phone calls and generally does not respond to voice mail. If the policy pricing was outstanding, I'd put up with this. But it is not so I am shopping for a new agency.
Very sociable and nice great place for insurance
Not sure they even have personal agents just send you to some other agency for commercial insurance
