I have made numerous attempts to have a family member removed from my progressive auto insurance a year to be exact with my agent never correcting the issue sent in all documentation they needed for them to submit and they still haven't corrected or contacted me and progressive said I had to submit these documents through my agent which I did and every time I email I get " I'm working on it and have it in my reminder to check at the billing cycle" Having it in your reminder doesn't take a year! This is not putting your customers first this is sloppy poor service I wouldn't have even put 1 star but it's the lowest I could do! My original 2 agents were outstanding Chris S. And Chuck R.these 2 were top notch and professional.

Dumbass didn’t process something as simple as full coverage as requested and then refused to cover losses they caused after added billing from finance companies. All this was their mistake and they refuse to even acknowledge it this is after several attempts had been made to make the changes requested even lost my file they hold with all my information in it. I will never go back here or send anyone I know not even if I hate them will I send someone here Stupid people only work here

This agency is fantastic. We have been with them for about 20 years and have been very satisfied. Chris is great and has kept us very well covered. Thank you, NFP!
