This Company Changed My IME Report. I talked with a workers Compensation Medical Examiner two days after my report was done and they read it to me over the phone, it said 100 percent disabled and not able to return to work. THIS Company IS A FRAUD The IME Report does not give a degree of disability NYSIF Suspended my benefits because they claim they did not have enough doctors notes. I have emailed my adjuster doctors notes from the orthopedic doctor, from the therapy office and from my pain medicine doctor. This was false information for spending my benefits for the month of May 1,2023. The WCB board IME Examiner review the report. I have a partial disability and my benefits was supposed to continue. everyone I speak to at this company is extremely rude and impolite. I ended my policy because I’d rather put my money towards a company with better customer service.

New York State insurance fund is the worse department to deal with. They do not care about people that are actually injured. I’ve had a fusion L5-S1 completely my employers fault and haven’t been paid in over 10 months. The worst Government funded place ever
