From correspondence to customer service, NY Life is an organization that replaces compassion for your last gift to your family upon your death, and make it predatory. Regrettably, they are untrustworthy. They are not accredited with the Better Business Bureau. Upon my immediate cancellation & denial to submit to an IME, they refused to send me confirmation or my refund; funds which weren't supposed to be taken anyway since my lack of a medical disqualifies me from their policy. I gave the benefit because of someone else. In wisdom, do not trust your family to NY Life. UPDATE: As of 12/12/25 Issued Refund and Confirmation letter
