Neri Agency, Inc.: Allstate Insurance

Because of fraud, my credit card was canceled. It’s the card that I used to pay my State Farm car insurance. I called the Neri agency in Eldridge and set up a new Automatic monthly method payment. We had a very smooth, professional, and friendly conversation to affect this event and a positive manner. Five stars.

Before my recent move I was a customer of this branch since 1997 who was ran by a different agent I just can't remember his name. When Steven took over I was hoping he would be as good as the person who ran it before and within the first year I saw he was. I would highly recommend Steven and his staff to anyone. I used to mainly talk to Penny, but Steven and is whole staff treat you like you are a friend, not a paycheck. I loved how they take the time to help you and they had helped me a lot over the years. Sadly, I couldn't find an Allstate agent where I am now who has an office with the respect Steven and his staff give. I wish everyone in your office the best!

I’ve only had telephone contact and email with Carie Gaccione who is a credit to the Neri Agency, personable, knowledgeable, thoughtful and thorough. That’s why I switched from USAA, which has out-sourced their services so you never get the same individual twice. I needed to be able to have an insurance agent who knew me and my needs. Same with my doctor, my lawyer, my dentist and my accountant.
