They got me insurance...but office was a wreck, it took an excessive amount of time and they placed priority on the phones over the customer sitting at their desk. They issued a claim on my vehicle for a collision trying to submit pictures of it and that was it's own headache.

I called all of the places that you see on TV and no one even came close. If there is anything negative about Neptune it's that they are ALWAYS busy so be prepared for a little wait for service. (But it's worth it!)

The gentleman is always so friendly and remembers names when you walk in. Changed my address and dropped a car from the insurance and was out quickly. Insurance was cheaper then others.
