Customer service is great I know the insurance rate going up is not there fault but progressive charging more because of other people filing claims is ridiculous I'll be going elsewhere

I would rated it higher but they only are open through a drive-up window but the service was courteous and quick They do not have the ability to use credit cards or debit cards so take cash.

The staff is always polite. Their goal is clearly to determine and satisfy my needs. They are knowledgeable and have never failed to steer me toward the best services available to me.

Didn't work out for me. But they were good people.

Honestly I've been insured thru them for several years without an incident, but when I got into an accident they did not help at all..just told me to contact the other persons insurance agency ..what kind of service is that after 5 yrs..
