I was a State farm client for over 50 years, never filed a claim, just paid my premium....until the day before yesterday. State Farm has raised my rate at every opportunity. I was with State Farm for 21 years. I was with Neil Shoaf for 10+ years, when relocating to Tampa. My credit card for auto-payment expired and without me realizing, Neil Shoaf stopped receiving payments. I didn’t receive one phone call from Neil Shoaf’s team asking for my updated card information. They canceled my policy, without me knowing. I was driving for 4 months with no car insurance. Despite 10s of thousands of destroyed homes, Tamara and team helped me navigate complicated 3rd party insurance situations. Filed my flood claim for me same day because I had no internet access and because of their quick action, I was the first in my neighborhood to have an adjuster out. This young lady is most efficient & is so know- ledgeable in every area of the insurance business. She always answers my questions & is very helpful. I’am 79 yrs old I have been with State Farm since 2010 the office associates are very professional and nice I have no complaints about them. But now as of today I have one ( my car ins. Went up again and now it’s $215.46 I always had full coverage now I have to go to PIP and Liability!
